Our History

JBR Travel was founded by Jane Robinson in 1997. Jane’s passion for travel is the foundation for what has grown into an award winning travel agency, servicing clients right around the world.

We live and work locally and are humbled by the support our clients have shown since we commenced operations over 20 years ago.

Our team are dedicated travel specialists. Unlike mainstream walk-in travel agencies who will sell you the cheapest “package” on the market, we listen to what you want and design a unique itinerary to suit your needs. Decades of first-hand travel experience, a lifetime of memories and industry recognised expertise allow us to turn your dream travel experience into a tailor-made itinerary to suit your needs. 

Our service starts from the moment you call, we talk to you and discover the type of travel experience you are looking for.  Where you want to stay, what you want to see and do and the sort of touring, trips or excursions you wish to participate in whilst you're away. 

All our team are qualified travel professionals with extensive experience. We don’t sell hotels that we haven’t either experienced or had a reputable supplier experience, so you can have confidence that you aren’t going to be booked into the red light district, unless of course by request! It is this kind of expertise that will turn an ordinary holiday into a memorable experience.
